Tripathi promises solving all problems of civil service

Kathmandu, November 21

Newly appointed Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, Hridayesh Tripathi, has assured that he will solve all problems plaguing the civil service including individual problems of the government employees.

Assuming his office after taking oath from President Bidya Devi Bhandari this morning, the new minister said individual and structural problems of the civil services could affect the service delivery, hence solving them would be his priority.

Besides, there were some policy-level issues also, the minister said, adding he would also pay attention to them.

Maintaining that his working style could be different from previous ministers, Tripathi said he was looking forward to needful supports from the staff accordingly. “I believe in consensus,” he said, “I will move ahead in agreement with you.”
