Kathmandu, July 21
Three persons of the same family have been buried to death in a landslide in Golang of Dhading in the Bagmati province on Monday night.
The victims have been identified as Milan Khand (25), his wife Samjhana (22), and their daughter Anjita (2), according to the District Police Office. DSP Rupak Khadka says the midnight rainfall had buried their house in Golang, Tripura Sundari rural municipality-6 of the district.
Incessant rainfall has triggered various flood and landslide events in various parts of the country for the past few years.
