Indie band The Elements has contributed Rs 400,000 in the name of flood victims. The band deposited the amount today into the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
The band said that while this amount cannot bring back lost lives or immediately rebuild destroyed homes, they hope it will offer some support in this time of grief. The band also urged people to hold each other’s hands and grow stronger together.
