The Chimney, a trendy restaurant, serving modern comfort food has now opened at Hotel Yak & Yeti, Durbar Marg. The restaurant comprises a historical chimney room and a terrace lounge.
The restaurant offers traditional favourites like homemade pasta prepared with fresh herbs from its own garden.
All-time favourites like smoked beckti, chicken a la Kiev, and the flaming baked Alaskan Sagarmatha has a special place in the ‘Chimney Classics’ section on the menu.
Speaking at the inauguration, General Manager of the hotel, Monika Scheiblauer said, “I am very proud to start this restaurant and both me and the team are excited to take this project to the next level.”
The restaurants open from 12:00 pm to 22:30 pm
