Kathmandu, March 7
The Supreme Court on Thursday ordered the release of CK Raut, who is in judicial custody on secession charge.
A division bench of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana and Justice Purushottam Bhandari made the order to release him on a general date and continue the investigation.
Earlier, the Rautahat District Court had sent him to judicial custody.
