Saptari, May 5
A cyclist has died after being hit by a motorbike in the Saptari district of southeastern Nepal on Wednesday night.
The victim has been identified as Satis Yadav (35), a resident of Tilathi Koiladi in the district.
Cyclist Yadav had sustained critical injuries after he was hit by the motorbike (Ko 17 Pa 8565) heading towards Rajbiraj from Tilathi.
He was taken to the Gajendra Narayan Singh Memorial Hospital for further treatment, but he breathed his last there.
The biker has also sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment.
