Dang, March 20
A pedestrian died after being hit by a motorbike in the Salyan district of Karnali on Saturday.
The victim has been identified as Deepesh Dangi (25), a resident of Patneri, Sharada municipality-1 of the district.
Dangi was hit by the two-wheeler (Ra 4 Pa 9171) that was on its way to Shreenagar from Khalanga yesterday evening.
Seriously injured in the accident, he breathed his last while undergoing treatment at the Rapti Provincial Hospital in Dang, informs the Dang District Police Office.
Police have arrested the bike rider for further investigation.
