Butwal, June 6
A man has been found murdered by using a sharp weapon in Manaura, Lumbini Sanskritik municipality of Rupandehi, on Sunday.
The victim has been identified as Mahendra Yadav, who appears to be in his mid-30s. His body was found nearby a canal, around one kilometre away from his house, informs DSP Satya Narayan Thapa, the District Police Office spokesperson.
DSP Thapa says the postmortem of the body has been done at the Bhim Hospital in Bhairahawa whereas further investigation is underway. Police are yet to find out the motives and suspects behind the murder.
