Petrol reduced by Rs 7 per litre

Kathmandu, May 16

Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the price of petrol, diesel and kerosene. According to a statement released by the corporation, it has reduced the price of petrol by Rs 7 per litre and Rs 5 per litre for diesel and kerosene.

The reduced price has become effective after midnight on Wednesday.

Currently, the maximum price of petrol is Rs 178 per litre, but now it has come down to Rs 171. While the price of diesel and kerosene per litre was at a maximum of Rs 159, it has fallen to Rs 154.

According to the corporation, the price of petrol imported from India has been reduced in Nepal.
