Parties should go for Constitution amendment only after local polls, says NC leader Shashank Koirala

Shashank Koirala, Nepali Congress general secretary, said on Thursday parties should strive for Constitution amendment only after elections take place.

Koirala argued that political parties should be ready for election of local bodies if they are serious about ending the protracted political deadlock gripping the country.
