One person died when a passenger bus fell into local Kalikhola in Simta Rural Municipality-4 of Surkhet district on Friday.
The bus (Me 1 Kha 722) was heading to Surkhet from Jajarkot district.
Police say the victim, who is yet to be identified, appears to be in his mid-50s.
Other 25 passengers have sustained injuries as the bus fell around 100 metres down into the stream bordering Surkhet and Jajarkot districts.
SP Mohan Acharya says the bus driver has been driven for interrogation.
