A 62-year-old man, Man Bahadur Raji, who was injured after being struck with a piece of firewood in Sundarnagar, Gurbhakot Municipality-8, Surkhet, has died.
According to police, Tek Bahadur BK, 40, struck Raji on the head and left leg with a piece of firewood in the courtyard of Ajay Pariyar’s house on Tuesday.
Raji was taken to Provincial Hospital Kalagaun in Surkhet for treatment.
As his condition did not improve during treatment, he was transferred to Kohalpur Medical College for further treatment.
