Nepal Communist Party Maoist Centre chief Pushpa Kamal Dahal says he and his Left Alliance partner UML chief KP Sharma Oli will take turns running the government once the new Parliament takes charge.
Prachanda said that the two leaders had already agreed, in principle, to the arrangement.
Chairman Prachanda, who was talking to mediaperson in Chitwan, said that there were no visible obstacles to speeding up the unification process with the UML. “The inter-party unification coordination committee will meet in a few days to discuss the way forward,” said Prachanda.
The former Prime Minister said that major political parties are engaged in serious conversation about the formation of the new government, and results will soon emerge.
