Nepal national cricket team’s coach Jagat Tamata says his team have set a goal of reaching the level of Super Six in the World Cup Qualifiers scheduled to be held in Zimbabwe next month.

“Of course, we have a dream to play the World Cup,” Tamata says, “But, for now, our goal is Super Six.” Three top teams from each of two groups will play against each other in the Super Six.

Nepal will play the first match against the hosts on March 4. Other teams in their Group B are Afghanistan, Hong Kong and Scotland and Nepal will play each of them.

The other Group A includes West Indies, Ireland, the Netherlands, Papua New Guinea and the United Arab Emirates.

The Paras Khadka-led squad will leave Kathmandu for the event tomorrow.

The Rhinos will play two practice matches before the offices matches.
