Here is an update on the Nepal weather: officials at the Meteorological Forecasting Division under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology says the ongoing rainfall in most parts of the country is likely to continue until Tuesday.
Although the officials had earlier said that the rain could stop on Saturday, many parts of the country received continuous rainfall from Sunday morning.
The department on Sunday says the rainfall is likely to continue in Province 1, Province 1, Bagmati, Gandaki and Lumbini until Tuesday.
Hence, the department has urged people in the rain-hit areas to stay alert against floods, landslides, and any untoward consequences.
Currently, many roads in the country are obstructed due to floods and landslides.
