Kathmandu, January 29
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ and Chief Election Commissioner Ayodhi Prasad Yadav had a meeting on Sunday.
Preparations related to election date announcement figured in the meeting at the PM’s official residence in Baluwatar. Yadav said the Election Commission will expedite its tasks once it gets election-related Bills.
On his part, PM Prachanda said elections will take place no matter what. He said the government is also preparing to announce the date for elections, PM’s Private Secretariat informed.
