Nepal Covid-19 tally hits 102 with one more case in Nepalgunj

Kathmandu, May 8

The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that one more Covid-19 patient has been found in Nepalgunj of Banke district, the latest hotspot of the coronavirus infection in Nepal, on Friday.

With this, the number of coronavirus positive patients has reached 102. Of them, 30 have achieved recovery, but three of them have tested positive again.

The newest case is a 16-year-old boy of Nepalgunj, who tested positive during a PCR test at Bheri Hospital in the district today, according to the ministry’s spokesperson Bikas Devkota.
