Kathmandu, April 25
The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 300,119 as of Sunday afternoon.
The ministry says 3,032 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours. 1,498 positive cases were found in the Kathmandu valley.
In this period, 9,292 swab samples were tested. So far, 2 million and 404,957 people have been tested in the country.
Similarly, 786 antigen tests were conducted of which, 90 came out positive.
There are 19,382 cases active in the country.
In the past 24 hours, 450 people have been discharged whereas 28 deaths we reported.
Of the total cases so far, 277,573 people have achieved recovery. As of today, 3,164 people have died due to the virus.
Over 70 people are quarantined across the country.
