Nepal Covid-19 tally: 110 new cases, 102 recoveries, 4 deaths in 24 hours

Kathmandu, February 23

The Ministry of Health and Population has informed that the country’s Covid-19 tally has reached 273,666 as of Tuesday afternoon.

The ministry says 110 new cases were confirmed in the country in the past 24 hours. Out of these, 53 cases were found in the valley.

In this period, 3,218 swab samples were tested. So far, 2 million and 146,533 people have been tested in the country.

As of today, 1,533 cases are active.

Of the total cases so far, 270,068 people have achieved recovery whereas 2,065 died, according to the ministry. In the past 24 hours, 102 people have been discharged whereas four deaths have been reported.

Over 50 people are quarantined across the country.

428,924 people have been vaccinated so far.
