Kathmandu, November 11
Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Yogesh Bhattarai on Monday inspected Tribhuvan International Airport and urged officials at the airport to focus on cleanliness.
Further, the minister also asked the officials to give attention to security as well. Along with that, Minister Bhattarai asked officials to make sure that the passengers receive their luggage within 45 minutes.
“Passengers have been waiting around an hour for their luggage. I’ve told them to reduce the time to 45 minutes. I want passengers to leave the airport within an hour,” said minister Bhattarai.
He has also taken stock of other works being carried out at the airport.
