Kathmandu, March 3
A 32-year-old man has been murdered in Budhanilakantha of Kathmandu. Subsequently, police have arrested two suspects.
SP Dinesh Raj Mainali of the Metropolitan Police Range in Kathmandu says Man Bahadur Raut, a resident of Budhanilakantha-4, was found dead.
In connection with the case, the law enforcers have arrested Yakubh Chaudhary (24), a resident of Bishnumati Dulal Gaun, and Karan Paswan (18), a resident of Libukot, Budhanilakantha. Police claim they have already confessed to murdering Raut over a monetary dispute.
“Some other people are also found to be involved. But, a detailed investigation is still underway.”
The body was found two days ago but was yet to be identified. Currently, the body has been taken to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for postmortem.
