Kathmandu, November 19
One person died in a motorbike accident in Maitighar of Kathmandu in the wee hours of Friday.
The victim has been identified as Roman Mallikar (21), a resident of the Kavrepalanchok district. Mallikar was riding pillion on the two-wheeler (Bagmati Province 02 024 Pa 6771).
After the rider lost control over the vehicle, Mallikar had fallen off the bike, injuring himself seriously at around 2:30 am today. He breathed his last during treatment at nearby Annapurna Neuro Hospital.
The Metropolitan Police Circle, Singhadarbar, detains the biker and confiscated the bike. Further investigation is underway.
