Kabul terrorist attack: Nepal government to inform Parliament

Kathmandu, June 2

Nepal government will inform the Parliament about Monday’s terrorist attack in Afghan capital Kabul that killed 14 people and left nine others, including five Nepalis, injured.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Kamal Thapa, will inform the House about the government’s stance.

Mohan Shrestha, DPM Thapa’s press adviser, told Onlinekhabar Thapa will address the House shortly.

The suicide attack occurred when Taliban attacked a bus carrying Nepali security guards to their work station — the Canadian Embassy in Kabul.
