Infinix Note 12 has a glass front and a plastic body build. The back panel has a shiny and grainy texture that gives a pleasing view of the phone. The back panel also houses a rectangular camera module. The Infinix branding is done on the bottom left corner. The flat sides and round corners provide a better grip on the phone. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics.

The phone weighs around 184.5 grams and is 7.90mm thick. It is available in jewel blue, force black and sunset golden colour options.

On the front of the Infinix Note, 12 is a 6.7-inch FHD + AMOLED display offering a resolution of 1,080*2,400 pixels and 393 PPI density. It supports a 60Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The 92 per cent screen-to-body ratio of the phone can be pretty handy, especially during gaming and video surfing.

Infinix Note 12 has a triple camera setup on the back. It features a 50MP camera accompanied by a 2MP depth and QVGA sensors. The design of the camera panel on the back of this phone looks interesting. The main camera is bigger in size and is housed neatly with two other sensors, which are of the same size along with an LED flash. On the front is a 16MP selfie camera sensor. The phone has been marketed as a good device for night photography.

Interestingly, the main camera can record videos in 2K resolution. Meanwhile, the front camera can only record videos at 1080p resolution and up to 30 fps.

Infinix Note 12 runs on XOS 10.6 based on Android 11. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G88 (12nm) chipset while the graphics are handled by Mali- G52 MC2. You can expect moderate gaming and a good overall performance from the processor on the phone. The monster game kit feature on the phone provides an immersive gaming experience to the users, similarly, X- arena dark link 2.0 mode helps in the optimisation of battery, temperature and storage.

Infinix Note 12 is currently available in only a single variant. The 6GB RAM is coupled with 128GB of internal storage. The user can further expand the storage with a microSD card and there is a dedicated slot on the phone for it.
