Kathmandu, December 14
India has congratulated the government and people of Nepal on the successful conclusion of provincial and parliamentary elections.
It has also said it looks forward to working with the new democratically-elected government in advancing close and multi-faceted ties with Nepal across all sectors.
Speaking to mediapersons during a regular press meet at the Ministry of External Affairs, spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said that India wants to support Nepal in its pursuit of peace, stability, prosperity and all-round development.
