Chitwan, April 11
Pashupati Shumsher Rana, senior leader of Rastriya Prajatantra Party, said on Monday that implementing the new constitution will be impossible without resolving Madhesh’s problems.
He said this while talking to journalists at Chitwan. Rana said: The government should form a talks team without delay and step up other efforts for the resolution of Madhesh’s problems.
In a different context, Rana said: The government has failed to control black marketing even after the end of the blockade. This shows government’s weakness.
He expressed dissatisfaction over the pace of post-quake reconstruction works. Rana said the process of unification of RPP and RPP-Nepal will speed up within a week.
