The International Cricket Council has paid salary for last one year to 23 members of Nepal national cricket team.
The governing body of international cricket in April had decided to pay the outstanding salary to the players. The players had not got paid after the suspension of membership of Cricket Association of Nepal by the ICC in April last year.
The CAN was paying the players categorising them into three grades: Rs 35,000 a month for A, Rs 25,000 a month for B and Rs 10,000 a month for C. The ICC also adopted the same model.
