CPN-Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal says he will devote the rest of his life to promoting peace and national unity in the country.
The leader who waged an armed conflict against the state for over a decade says those who have suffered wars understand the value of peace better.
He says his priorities for next years will be unifying the nation, maintaining peace and good governance and leading the country to prosperity.
Speaking at a function organised by Brahmakumari Rajyog Sewa Kendra in Lalitpur today, Dahal said the country would have political stability, prosperity and development now as people wished the same.
“I wish may all people be happy, may there be prosperity and peace.”
