Fairfield by Marriott have regularly been organising local food festivals like Newari food festival and Dashain food festival and this time have opted for an international one. Bidding farewell to the year of the Rooster, Fairfield by Marriott, Kathmandu is hosting Chinese Food Festival at Kava Restaurant from February 8-17.
To celebrate the year of the dog, Fairfield by Marriott has invited Chinese Chef Noah Lo who will be leading the 10-day long food festival. Chef Noah has introduced some of China’s best cuisine to Nepal by preparing a lavish variety of Chinese delicacies like Kung Pao Chicken, Ma Po Tofu, Spicy Meat Stew, Sliced Pork and Black Mushroom, Shrimp and Corn and much more.
He was assisted by Executive Chef Pranjol and his talented culinary team. The festival also included performances which depicted Chinese dance and songs and various other acts.
Fairfield by Marriott which started its operations last year has been hosting these festivals on a regular basis. Marriott is launching another hotel which will start its operation over the next year.
The festival offers buffet dinner along with snacks and unlimited drinks at just NRs. 1999 per person.
