Barber found dead in Kathmandu

Kathmandu, September 7

A barber has been found dead in Buddhanagar, Naya Baneshwar of Kathmandu, on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Ashok Thakur (approximately 35), the operator of New Manokamala Hairdresser Salon.

Earlier this morning, locals had seen him lying on the floor of his salon with its shutter half-open. After being informed by the locals, the cops had gone to the spot to find him dead.

SP Somendra Singh Rathor says the incident did not involve any mysterious circumstance though his mouth was bleeding. “Now, the cause will be out after the postmortem.”

A permanent resident of Nijgadh, Bara of southern Nepal, Thakur was operating the salon in Buddhanagar for the past one decade.
