Kathmandu, March 29
Prime Minister Balen Shah has appointed Kumar Ben (Kumar Benjanakar) as his chief advisor and Asim Shah as his political advisor.
Kumar and Asim are close aides of Balen. They have been assisting him since his time as the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
The collaboration between Balen and Rabi Lamichhane was shaped through discussions held at Kumar Ben’s residence in Lalitpur and Asim Shah’s office in Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
