Martadi, December 9
Two persons died in a road accident at Kapri of Jagannath rural municipality-6 in the Bajura district of Sudurpaschim on Thursday morning.
The deceased have been identified as Mohan Joshi (42) of the Banke district and BP Shahi of Tajakot rural municipality-3 of Bajura itself, says ASI Bir Singh Thagunna at the Juddi Police Post.
The accident took place when a truck (Bhe 1 Kha 3468) heading towards Humla from Nepalgunj fell some 500 meters down from the cliff.
The truck driver and driver’s helper died on the spot in the accident.
Police have been carrying out further investigation into the incident.
