Arun Chaudhary awarded honorary doctorate in entrepreneurship

Kathmandu, December 29

Arun Chaudhary, Chairman and Managing Director of CG Holdings, has been awarded an honorary doctorate in entrepreneurship by Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Malaysia.

Chaudhary’s company says the degree was conferred for his outstanding strategic mindset, people management skills and philanthropy. He is one of the very few Nepalis to be awarded such an honour.

He was bestowed with this honor by the prince of Malaysia and the founder and president of Limkokwing University during the graduation ceremony of the university on December 19.

Limkokwing University is a centre of creativity and innovation with its presence across Africa, Europe, the UK and Asia. With its main campus in Malaysia, the university has over 30,000 students from more than 150 countries. It is considered to be one of the top arts and design schools in Asia.
