  • Application Process: Entrepreneurs must fill out an online form providing details such as company name, founder information, business description, financial status, current investments, and the investment amount sought.
  • Requirements: Applicants should have a valid business, be prepared to offer equity, and provide clear information about their products or services, sales, and financial performance.
  • Documents: Required documents may include citizenship proof, company registration certificate, co-founders’ details, financial records, and product images or demonstration materials.
  • Selection Process: The process includes initial screening, detailed evaluation, and interviews, followed by final shortlisting for studio pitches.
  • Next Steps: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the organising team for further evaluation and interviews.

Entrepreneurs, however, retain the right to accept or decline any offers made during the show. Further updates regarding the audition timeline and broadcast schedule will be announced through Himalaya Television’s official platforms.
