Kathmandu, August 18
A woman injured in a Tuesday SUV accident at Jarikhet, Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-6, Makawanpur, has died during treatment.
Police identified the deceased as Laxmi Badu. She died while undergoing treatment at Birendra Military Hospital, Chhauni.
Six people, including Chief Justice Gokarna Dangi and Registrar Taradatta Badu, were injured in the accident. Chief Justice Dangi and driver Chuniram Chaudhary are currently being treated in Hetauda.
Four people in critical condition were airlifted to Chhauni by an army helicopter for treatment.
