Mukesh Chaurasiya from Prasauni, Bindhyabasini rural municipality-5 of Parsa, was injured in a clash between two groups of the NCP cadres on October 22. He had succumbed to injuries the next day.

In a statement on Thursday, 37 including central leaders such as Matrika Yadav, Nagendra Chaudhary, Mahendra Paswan and Ram Chandra Jha have also complained the District Police Office has refused to register an FIR in the case.
