Siraha, July 4
Police have arrested a youngster involved in detonating a pressure cooker bomb, an improvised explosive device, at the compound of Siraha district development committee office building about five years ago. 
Acting on a special tip-off from the Siraha district police office, a police team arrested the person — Bilakshyan Yadav (26) of Hakpara village development committee-6, Siraha.
Yadav, associated with an underground outfit called Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha (Rajan Group) at that time, also faces charges of illegal possesion of weapons.
Police found Yadav hiding in his own house.
