The third edition of Voice of Nepal, one of Nepal’s most popular singing reality shows, has recently completed the digital audition phase.

Shyam Kandel, the executive director of Himalaya Television that hosts the show, says the auditions lasted for almost a month and currently, the programme production work was going on in the full swing.

The show will be on air within the next month. Himalaya Television will air it at 8 pm every Friday and Saturday.

Raju Lama, Pramod Kharel, Deep Shrestha, and Trishna Gurung have been appointed coaches for this season.

The television says nearly 40,000 singing talents from different countries, including Nepal, have participated in this season. Nepali-speaking singing aspirants living in India, Thailand, Myanmar, Australia and the USA have also enthusiastically participated in the auditions.

The number of talents participating in the auditions is almost double that of the previous year.

After further testing and selection of the contestants participating in the digital auditions, 120 will be able to perform in front of the coaches in the blind audition. Further, those who will be able to turn the coach’s chair in front in the blind auditions will go to the battle round. Their musical journey will start from the very point. The 12 talents selected in each coach’s team will compete in the battle round.
