Kathmandu, February 15
Nita Kumari Thapa Magar has won Season 7 of the musical reality show “The Voice of Nepal,” broadcast on Himalaya Television.
She is the first female contestant in the show’s history to claim the title. At the grand finale held on Saturday, Thapa Magar, a member of coach Raju Lama’s team, lifted the trophy.
Sagar Sansar Rai from coach Khem Century’s team was declared first runner-up.
Poonam Gurung, representing Team Pramod Kharel, was named second runner-up, while Sanjita Dura from Melina Rai’s team secured the position of third runner-up.
At the finale, Himalaya Television Chairman Dharmaraj Bhusal and Executive Director Shyam Kandel presented awards to the winner and the runners-up.
The finale episodes, broadcast on Friday and Saturday, also featured performances by other contestants from this season.
