The Great Kabab Factory brings iconic Indian flavours to Kathmandu

Food lovers in Kathmandu are in for a royal culinary treat as India’s renowned restaurant, The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF), hosts a four-day pop-up event at the Radisson Hotel & Residences from June 5 to 8, 2025.

Famous for its legendary kababs, aromatic curries, and royal Indian hospitality, TGKF offers a unique dining experience inspired by a 450-recipe bank of traditional kababs from across the Indian subcontinent. According to a press statement released by TGKF, guests can savour a prix-fixe menu featuring smoky kababs, rich biryanis, flavorful curries, exotic breads, and decadent desserts—all served unlimited in a factory-themed ambience.

It adds with over 22 outlets globally, TGKF has built its legacy over 26 years by blending age-old recipes with contemporary techniques. Signature dishes like the Galauti and Burrah kababs headline the menu, alongside vegetarian delights such as tandoori broccoli and subz galouti.

This marks TGKF’s debut in Nepal, promising an unforgettable journey of rustic Indian flavours served with flair and finesse.
