Kathmandu, October 5
A team of Supreme Court staffers, which was supposed to paste a summons at the New Baneshwor-based house of Lok Man Singh Karki, chief commissioner at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority, has returned without doing its job.
Karki has been evading summons from the court after the latter decided to conduct judicial review of verdicts issued in cases filed against him.
An SC official said the team returned without pasting the notice at Karki’s house as the whole house was given on rent.
