Kathmandu, August 2
CPN-Maoist Centre and Nepali Congress, who are intensifying efforts to form a new government under Maoist Chair Prachanda, are preparing to reach an understanding with the Madhesi Morcha (United Democratic Madheshi Front).
Currently, leaders from the three parties are holding talks at the Parliament building in New Baneshwor. A leader present at the meeting said the three have readed the draft of a seven-point deal.
If this deal materialises, CPN-Maoist Centre Chair Prachanda will secure Morcha’s votes too in the election for Prime Minister slated for Wednesday.
