Nepali women footballers have begun their South Asian Games journey with a victory. During the first match played at Pokhara Stadium in Pokhara on Tuesday, the hosts defeated Sri Lanka 1-0.
For Nepal, Saru Limbu scored the decisive goal a few minutes before the second half ended. Sri Lanka could not equalise.
