Kathmandu, May 25
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli will address the nation on Monday, according to the PM’s secretariat.
It has been learned that Oli will inform the public about the country’s status of coronavirus infection, and the government’s plan about coping with the crisis.
The government-run Nepal Television will broadcast the address live at 5:30 pm today, according to Oli’s press advisor Surya Thapa.
It will be Oli’s third address to the nation about the crisis.
Meanwhile, the cabinet is convening a meeting before Oli’s address. The meeting shall take place at 5 pm at the prime minister’s residence in Baluwatar.
