PM Oli stable and out of danger, say doctors

Kathmandu, November 29

Doctors attending Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli have said that the Prime Minister is stable and out of any considerable danger.

PM Oli, who underwent an operation for appendicitis and dialysis this week, is under constant medical observation at the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre.

Organising a press conference on Friday, doctors informed the press about the health of PM Oli.

“PM Oli’s condition is good. He is out of danger and is doing well. However, we are keeping him here for a while,” informed the PM’s personal doctor Dibya Singh Shah.

A team of doctors led by Dr Ramesh Singh Bhandari conducted surgery for appendicitis of Prime Minister Oli.

The prime minister has been undergoing regular dialysis at the hospital after the kidney that was transplanted some 12 years ago stopped functioning.

The doctors further added that the PM’s kidney re-transplant will be done at an appropriate time soon.
