PM Oli condoles with Japan on arson attack deaths

Kathmandu, July 19

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Friday sent a message of condolences to Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on the killing of innocent people in an arson attack in Kyoto Animation studio KyoAni.

Total 33 persons were killed in the Thursday attack.

In his message, the Prime Minister has also conveyed condolences to the bereaved family members and wished for the prompt recovery of those injured, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs in a statement today.

“The Prime Minister has expressed shock and dismay that a popular centre of art and creation has been made subject to an inhumane attack and expressed his confidence that the perpetrator would be brought to justice.”
