Kathmandu, July 31
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has directed members of his Cabinet to prepare a timetable to efficiently perform duties on time.
He has also told secretaries of the ministries to work with the ministers in preparing the timetable and executing it.
Prime Minister called all ministers and secretaries to his office in Singhadarbar this morning for an annual performance agreement and expressed his dissatisfaction over their performance.
“You don’t have a chance to complain that you could not perform well due to political instability,” he said, “Please engage yourself in your work by preparing annual and monthly plans of action and timetable.”
Reiterating that the country was lagging behind in development despite the availability of resources, he said, “People have given us majority votes to change everything.”
On the occasion, the minister had briefed the Prime Minister about priorities of their respective ministries.
