Kathmandu, November 28
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has thanked everyone who wished for his speedy recovery, claiming his health condition is improving quickly.
Oli was admitted to the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre on Tuesday. He was diagnosed with appendicitis and had undergone an operation on the same day.
Posting a message on his Twitter page, the prime minister said he was recovering well, thanking everyone who wished for him and those who expressed their concerns over his health.
It has been learned that Oli is meeting only a few persons including his wife Radhika Shakya. He has also begun checking social media today, according to Ram Sharan Bajagain, a member of Oli’s secretariat.
Oli is likely to remain in the hospital for the new few days.
