Oli meets Modi in New Delhi, to return home tonight

Kathmandu, May 31

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Friday held a meeting with his reelected Indian counter Narendra Modi in New Delhi.

Oli is in the Indian capital to attend the swearing in ceremony of Modi, held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday evening.

During the meeting, the two leaders expressed their commitment to further deepening relations, in particular between the peoples of two countries, according to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs.

On the occasion, Oli also gifted a Rudraksha mala to Modi.

Meanwhile, Oli is scheduled to return home this evening.
