NSU demonstrates in front of Ghantaghar carrying empty gas cylinders

The Nepal Student Union, the student wing of the Nepali Congress, has held a demonstration in front of Ghantaghar, Kathmandu.

Saying the gas shortage has caused problems for students, they demonstrated by carrying empty gas cylinders.

At the demonstration organised by the Tri-Chandra Multiple Campus unit of the Nepal Student Union, students carried placards with slogans including “Balen government, how long to solve the stove problem?” “Stove out, empty stomach, silent government, how much longer?”, and “Should we carry books to study, or carry cylinders and stand in line?”
